Barcelona Youth Hostels for backpackers budget stays
There are a number of Youth Hostels in Barcelona for backpackers and for students and anyone looking for a budget accommodation option. There are a number of excellent youth hostels and in various locations across Barcelona. Below 5 of our recommendations for Barcelona Youth Hostels.
1. Barcelona Sound Hostel
Right on the edge of the very popular tourist street Las Ramblas, Barcelona Sound Hostel is located perfectly. Close to the metro, buses harbour, beach and nightlife location wise this is perfect.
The hostel, which is located at Nou de la Rambla 91, has a choice of 6 and 8 bed dorms and internet and breakfast are included in the price. This hostel is very new and one of 
the best in Barcelona.
2. Sea Point Hostel
The Sea Point Hostel is about as good as it gets when it comes to location. This hostel is literally right by the beach and this is quite a secure and well managed youth hostel. The only down side is the the rooms are in effect one large room with partitions to make it appear as different rooms. This hostel is recommended though and overall gets the thumbs up.
3. Mambo Tango Backpackers Hostel
Located at C/ Poeta Cabanyes 23, this is an excellent hostel and one which is always clean, has friendly and helpful staff, is well organised and seems very secure. This is about as is gets and this Mambo Tango Backpackers youth hostel is my favouite in Barcelona.
